Orders & Processing
All products are made or prepared with care after an order is placed. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Shipping
We offer delivery within South Africa. A flat shipping fee of R100 applies unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographs and your order details so that we can assist you.

Our products are made with care and may have slight variations in colour, appearance, texture or fragrance. Please check the product ingredients before purchasing and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Payments
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
