-Shipping:We offer nationwide shipping at a flat rate of R100. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.The Blossom Candle is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.
-Returns & Refunds:Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items purchased.Please ensure that you are satisfied with your selection before placing your order.
-Damaged Items:If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist where possible.
